100[Bengali ১০০] is a short film on rural development in the light of the ‘100-day-work’[MGNREGS] act initiated by the Government of India. Having the rural working class in West Bengal as its target viewers, the film possesses a conventional story-telling narrative style to make the general people more aware, knowledgeable and thus profitable through the process. If the film helps even a single soul live a better life which s/he deserves, that will definitely serve the sole purpose of the endeavour.
